What is the difference between the room categories offered?

The Standard Rooms are rooms starting from 11m2 and come with a double bed (140x200 or 160x200) and a bathroom with a shower, ideal for one or two people.

The Superior Rooms are rooms with a minimum size of 13m2 and feature a double bed (160x200cm) and bathrooms with showers.

The Twin Rooms are rooms starting from 16m2, equipped with two double beds (140x200 cm) and a bathroom with a shower, ideal for two adults and two children.

The Family Rooms are rooms starting from 20m2, equipped with two double beds (140x200cm) and a bathroom with a shower, ideal for two adults and two children.

What is the difference between a double room and a twin room?

A double room has a standard double bed of 140x200cm or 160x200cm, while a twin room has two single beds of 90x200cm for separate sleeping arrangements.

We have a toddler, can we have extra beds in the room?

A crib can be provided for free. This offer is subject to availability at the time of booking.

Can I request an extra bed for a third person in a double room? How much will it cost me?

We do not have an extra bed available.

Do you have connecting rooms?

The hotel does not have connecting rooms; however, we can assign you rooms side by side.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Yes, all our rooms as well as the entire hotel's common areas are non-smoking.

Does the hotel have an elevator?

The hotel is equipped with an elevator.

The rates on our website are per room or per person?

All rates on our website are listed per room and per night.

Is breakfast included in the rate?

Unless specified in your package, the buffet breakfast is available as an option at a rate of €14.90 per person. A gluten-free or vegetarian breakfast is available upon request at the time of booking.

Are taxes included in the room rate?

Yes, the room rate includes all taxes (VAT).
Only the tourist tax is not included, charged at €1.40 per day per person for adults and children over 10 years old.

Will I get the same rates and availability by booking on the hotel's website or by calling the reservation service?

Yes, we apply the best available rates on our website as well as for clients who call us directly.

Why do you need my credit card information?

Typically, your credit card information is only used as a guarantee in case you don't show up or cancel late. Non-attendance at the hotel could result in additional charges (equivalent to the price of one night).

Does the hotel require a deposit or pre-payment?

Please note that our hotel performs a pre-authorization on your credit card two weeks prior to your arrival to secure your first-night guarantee. The pre-authorization is done to verify the validity of your banking information by reserving a certain amount to cover the room rate. This amount is equivalent to the cost of one night.

What type of credit card can I use to guarantee the reservation?

MasterCard, Visa, and American Express are accepted as guarantee.

How can I pay the hotel bill?

You can pay for the room by credit card, in cash on-site, or through pre-payment as specified in the terms and conditions.

Can I pay for my stay at the hotel with a different credit card than the one I used to guarantee the reservation?

Yes. Your credit card information is required to guarantee your reservation. You can pay for the hotel using the payment method of your choice, as mentioned above.

If you do not have a credit card, can you still make a reservation?

Unfortunately, it is necessary to have a credit card to guarantee reservations made at our hotel. We cannot confirm a reservation without a credit card.

Is your online reservation system secure to protect my banking and personal information?

You can book securely on www.hoteldeleurope.fr. Once you enter your personal and banking details, your online reservation is processed through a secure computer server. The personal information you enter is encrypted to protect it during transmission.

What are the hotel's cancellation policies?

In case you need to cancel a reservation, please do so in advance, at least 48 hours before the arrival date, to avoid paying additional fees equivalent to the price of one night or more. Please read the terms and conditions.

Do I have to pay cancellation fees?

Cancellation fees may vary depending on the offer you have booked and the period in which you wish to cancel. To avoid additional fees due to cancellation, please make sure to cancel within the specified time frame and adhere to the cancellation conditions corresponding to your reservation.

How do I cancel a reservation?

If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your reservation, you must contact us before the deadline specified by the hotel and outlined in the cancellation policy. You will need to provide the information found in your booking confirmation. If you cancel your reservation within the specified timeframe outlined in the hotel's cancellation policy, we will not charge you for the amount corresponding to your first night, and we will waive the collection of your deposit. If you cancel your reservation after the deadline specified in the cancellation policy, we reserve the right to charge you additional fees equivalent to the price of your first reserved night.

Will my credit card be charged if I forget to cancel my reservation?

Yes. Reservations are guaranteed by your credit card. To avoid cancellation fees, reservations must be canceled in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy. Please take the time to read the cancellation conditions corresponding to your reservation.

What are the check-in and check-out times at this hotel?

We welcome you from 2:00 PM. On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM. In case you arrive earlier, please inform us in advance at the time of your booking or by contacting us. We have luggage storage available to keep your bags if your room is not ready upon arrival.

Can I bring my pet?

We do not accept pets.

Does the hotel have internet access?

The hotel has Wi-Fi access throughout the property.

Does the hotel have parking?

As we are located in a pedestrian zone, we do not have on-site parking. However, we have partnerships with two nearby underground public car parks:

Is it possible to drive to the hotel?

As the area is pedestrian-only, if you are arriving by car, please go directly to one of our partner car parks (see section above).
